The invention relates to a food composition having synthetic nutrition. The food composition at least includes a base material, an in vivo environmental food material and a plant minor element. The base material is formed by fine mixing of fat-separated livestock meat of beef, lamp and pork, and plant fibers including toona sinensis, celery, luceme, mushroom stem and burdock root. The in vivo environmental food can be anka, natto enzyme, etc. The plant minor element can be a food material which is capable of forming metal enzyme complex to activate thousands of enzymic supplementary factors of whole body, for example, moringa pterygosperma seed powder. A structure formed of above-mentioned food materials that are mixed, pulped and baked is cut into blocks. Accordingly, a full-directional synthetic nutrient food to clear solid fat and cholesterol, increase peristalsis of intestines and stomach, attain in vivo environment and catalyze cell enzyme to promote functionality can be obtained.
