PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate a medical image and associate the generated medical image with patient information.SOLUTION: In a small-scale diagnostic system 1, when a patient of a diagnostic target is designated by an operation part 34 and when an image fetching button 74 is depressed in a client device 3b, a fetching request of the medical image of the designated patient is transmitted to a server device 3a by a communication part 36. In the server device 3a, when the fetching request of the medical image is received, matching of a presently unused reader of the readers 2 connected to a network 5 with a client device 3b of a transmission source of the fetching request and the patient designated in the client device 3b is performed. When the medical image is received from the reader 2, the received medical image is associated with the patient information of the patient corresponding to the reader 2 of a transmission source of the medical image, and is stored in an image DB (DataBase) 331.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】医用画像の生成及び生成された医用画像と患者情報との対応付けをより効率的に行えるようにする。【解決手段】小規模診断システム1によれば、クライアント装置3bにおいて、操作部34により診断対象の患者が指定され画像取込ボタン74が押下されると、指定された患者の医用画像の取込要求が通信部36によりサーバ装置3aに送信される。サーバ装置3aにおいては、医用画像の取込要求が受信されると、ネットワーク5に接続されたリーダ2のうち現在使用されていないリーダの何れかと、取込要求の送信元のクライアント装置3b及び当該クライアント装置3bにおいて指定された患者との対応付けが行われる。また、リーダ2から医用画像が受信されると、当該受信された医用画像が当該医用画像の送信元のリーダ2に対応する患者の患者情報と対応付けられて画像DB331に記憶される。【選択図】図2
