PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing high quality bay salt is provided to crystallize the bay salt by a natural condition in the final decision site which an inflow of foreign substances is blocked from external environment.CONSTITUTION: Salt crystals are loaded in a salt bag having a fixed volume and being formed of a non water-proof material. The salt bag, in which the salt crystals are loaded, is stored in a drying house, and is positioned in the air in order not to reach the bottom of the drying house. The basis of a history management is prepared by leaving information of a starting day of drying salt crystals on the outside of the corresponding salt bag when the salt bag, in which the salt crystals are loaded, is positioned in the air. The salt bag is made of the non water-proof material which accommodates salt crystals and dehydrates naturally. A mesh material is especially used. The salt crystals loaded in the salt bag weighs 1,000kg.
