PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint management type power generation facility capable of enhancing productivity, by serviceably using a joint ownership surface, by improving a daylighting environment in the whole area of the joint ownership surface thereby so that a daylighting part of the joint ownership surface under a roof of a building structure becomes an average without deviating, in the joint management type power generation facility for executing agricultural production or livestock production on the inside of the building structure having the sunlight power generation function.SOLUTION: The joint management type power generation facility (A1) comprises the building structure (1) having a roof part (10) having a plurality of panel installing parts (11), installing a solar battery panel (12a) in the panel installing parts (11) and forming a translucent clearance (110) arranged in an average in an area for arranging the solar battery panel between the solar battery panels and a support leg (13) for supporting the roof part and a pasture (3) being the joint ownership surface for executing dairy farming under the roof part by installing the building structure.【課題】太陽光発電機能を有する建造物の内部で農産又は畜産を行う共営型発電施設において、建造物の屋根下方の共有面の日照部が偏らず平均的になるようにし、これにより共有面の全域における日照環境を良好にして共有面を無駄なく利用することにより、生産性を高めることができる共営型発電施設を提供する。【解決手段】共営型発電施設(A1)は、複数のパネル取付部(11)を有し、パネル取付部(11)には太陽電池パネルが(12a)取り付けられ、太陽電池パネルの間に太陽電池パネルが配置されている区域に平均的に配置された透光隙間(110)が形成されている屋根部(10)と、屋根部を支える支脚(13)とを備える建造物(1)と、建造物を設置し、屋根部の下方に酪農を行う共有面である牧草地(3)を備えている。【選択図】図1
