The invention relates to a body temperature monitoring device, comprising a temperature sensor, a photosensitive element, a microcontroller (MCU), a transmission unit and a power supply unit. The temperature sensor measures at least one temperature data. The photosensitive element measures at least one light receiving data. The microcontroller (MCU) generates at least one body temperature data according to each temperature data and each light receiving data.
