To provide an air-straightening structure of a plant cultivation device in which air can be evenly supplied into the whole area of a plant cultivation region.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an air-straightening structure of a plant cultivation device comprising: a mounting part 10 for installing a cultivation vessel 15 in which plants P are planted; an illumination unit 2 which is provided above the mounting part 10 and for irradiating the plants P in the cultivation vessel 15 with artificial light; and an air blower 3 which is provided above the mounting part 10 and for supplying air to the plants P in the cultivation vessel 15. The air blower 3 comprises: a casing 31 having a blowing port 32 which is open downward; and an air blower body 30 which is provided for the casing 31 and supplies air downward via the blowing port 32.
