CONSTITUTION: A Korean porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus mutant strain(deposit number KCTC 11955BP) contains ORF5(open reading frame) of sequence number 3 and ORF7(open reading frame) of sequence number 4. The mutant strain is live bacteria or killed bacteria. A vaccine composition for preventing Korean porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus contains the mutant strain as an active ingredient.본 발명의 백신 조성물은 최근 국내에서 한국형 돼지 생식기 호흡기 증후군 바이러스로 인한 감염을 효과적으로 예방할 수 있다. 구체적으로 생식기 질병 예방으로 임신 모돈에서 한국형 돼지 생식기 호흡기 증후군 바이러스 감염에 의한 유산, 사산, 및 조산을 예방한다. 또한 호흡기 질병 예방으로 7-70일령의 자돈에서는 한국형 돼지 생식기 호흡기 증후군 바이러스 감염에 의한 호흡기 질병을 예방한다.
