The exercise amount measuring method comprises the steps of: the cloud device for receiving a sports schedule and a frequency of exercise checklist, the frequency of exercise checklist for indicating the sports schedule comprising a plurality of specified time, each of the specified time for checking each exercise amount measuring device whether to upload a sports record all or some of the exercise amount measuring devices forming a group and the cloud device transmitting the sports schedule and the frequency of exercise checklist to the group the cloud device determines that each exercise amount measuring device based on the frequency of exercise checklist uploading the sports schedule to the cloud device, the cloud device calculating uploaded the sports record.
