PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately carry out radiography even when accelerating/decelerating a radiation source of an X-ray tube or the like in carrying out tomosynthesis radiography.SOLUTION: The X-ray tube is accelerated from a resting state to a predetermined constant speed (an accelerating section a, 0&let(time)&leT1) when moving in the moving range, to move at a constant speed for a predetermined time (a constant speed section b, T1&let&leT1+T) and then decelerated to stop (a decelerating section c, T1+T&let&le2×T1+T).
