The present invention relates to an artificial perfume composition for reproducing fragrance of natural lemongrass by additionally adding 2,6-Dimethyl-5-heptenal to a fragrance compound of the lemongrass including natural limonene, geraniol, linalool, citronellal, geranyl acetate, and methylheptenone. According to the present invention, the perfume composition can reproduce fragrance of the lemongrass and improve fragrance preference, skin stability, and safety by adding 2,6-Dimethyl-5-heptenal, which is a synthetic substance as a citral substituted material which is a skin allergen, to the synthetic perfume raw materials of the main lemongrass fragrance compound including limonene, geraniol, linalool, geranyl acetate, methylheptenone, and citronellal which are analyzed by GC and GC MS analysis methods.본 발명은 리모넨(Limonene), 게라니올(Geraniol), 리날로올(Linalool), 시트로넬랄(Citronellal), 제라닐 아세테이트(Geranyl acetate), 메틸헵테논(Methylheptenone)를 포함하는 천연 레몬그라스의 향취 성분에 2,6-디메틸-5-헵테날(2,6-Dimethyl-5-heptenal)을 더 첨가하여 천연 레몬그라스의 향취를 재현한 인공향료조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 향료 조성물은 GC 및 GC MS 분석법에 의해서 분석된 리모넨(Limonene), 게라니올(Geraniol), 리날로올(Linalool), 제라닐 아세테이트(Geranyl Acetate), 메틸헵테논(Methylheptenone), 시트로넬랄(Citronellal)등의 레몬그라스 향취주요성분의 합성 향료 원료에 피부 알레르기 유발 물질인 시트랄(citral) 대체 물질로 인공 합성 물질인 2,6-디메틸-5-헵테날(2,6-Dimethyl-5-heptenal)을 함유함으로써 레몬그라스의 향취를 재현할 수 있고, 향취의 기호성, 피부안정성 및 안전성도 개선할 수 있다.
