PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin image generation device for generating a skin image for observing and/or analyzing reflection of light for each element constituting the skin, an operation method of the skin image generation device, and a skin image generation processing program.SOLUTION: The skin image generation device projects spot-like light to a skin of a measurement object, while scanning the spot-like light, to capture an image of the light reflected therefrom. The skin image generation device divides the captured image into groups of elemental regions to which the position belongs, the position projected with the spot-like light having captured the image, on the basis of elemental region information obtained by dividing the measurement object into a plurality of elemental regions in which each element is present, out of a plurality of elements constituting the measurement object.
