PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical liquid applicator and a chemical liquid application tool capable of avoiding insufficient supply of a chemical liquid and reducing a stimulus to a coated part.SOLUTION: A chemical liquid applicator (1) comprises a container (10), and a chemical liquid application tool (20) capable of switching between a state where the inside of the container (10) is sealed and a state where a chemical liquid can be applied to the outside of the container (10). The chemical liquid application tool (20) has a substrate (30) having an outflow port, and a valve body (40) capable of closing the outflow port and making the chemical liquid flow out through the outflow port. The substrate (30) comprises a coated surface (34) including a defining edge part (35), for applying the chemical liquid, and a retaining part (36). The valve body (40) comprises a closing part (44), a biasing part (46), and a projection part (48).
