The present invention relates to a cosmetic mask for inputting a chemical liquid having a predetermined effect into the face to improve the skin conditions. Each pattern of the cosmetic mask includes: a transparent and tubular wearing unit including inner and outer skin parts formed in a shape to be adhered to at least the facial surface, a space for storing the chemical liquid therein while being formed by bonding the edges of the inner and outer skin parts, an injection pipe protruding from the outer skin part to charge the chemical liquid to the space, and a lid for opening and closing the space detachably attached to the injection pipe selectively； and a micro-needle pipe discharging the chemical liquid into the skin while protruding to the inside in the inner skin part. The needle pipe includes: an injection unit which is formed at a predetermined angle to be injected into the skin, has a rigid strut fixedly supported at a predetermined strength in the inner skin part while being molded integrally in a coupled form, and has a protruding length of 0.3 to 0.5 mm from the surface of the inner skin part to penetrate into the dermal layer of the skin； and a light source unit which arranges LEDs in a predetermined pattern to emit light for activating the skin cells in linkage with the chemical liquid on the outer skin part.
