A radiotherapy device, a radiation device and a collimation device are provided by the invention. The collimation device includes an axial hollow collimation body, which has at least a group of collimation pores center lines of each group of collimation pores are focused on a common focus, and distribution rules of each group of collimation pores are matched with the distribution rule of a radiation source. The device also includes a switching body, which is rotatablely set in the axial hollow collimation body, and the switching body is used to permit or block that radiation rays to pass through the collimation pores. The invention can improve control precision of the collimation device, and reduce axial size of the collimation device, thereby reducing weight of the collimation device, saving material, making processing and manufacture simple. The collimation body and the switching body are rotated simultaneously to implement that the switching body permits or blocks the radiation rays to pass through the collimation pores, and thereby the conversing speed of the radiotherapy device from a treated state to a non-treated state is improved.Linvention porte sur un dispositif de radiothérapie, un dispositif de rayonnement et un dispositif de collimation.
