PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual package of an absorbent article excellent in fitting property to a body and leak preventing property by having absorbing projecting parts, and thinner when the absorbent article is folded for individual packaging.
SOLUTION: In the individual package 10 of the absorbent article, the absorbent article 1 having a front face sheet, a rear face sheet, and an absorber interposed between both the sheets is folded together with a packaging material. The absorber has a front absorbing projecting part and a rear absorbing projecting part raised to the skin side of a wearer, both the projecting parts are arranged spaced apart in the front abdominal side and the rear back side of the wearer via a dividing area, the absorbent article 1 is folded in a folding position present in the dividing area. All or a part of the rear absorbing projecting part is housed in the dividing area in the folded state, in the individual package 10 of the absorbent article.
