A clamp electrode device according to the present invention includes a first clamp, a second clamp, a first electrode, and a second electrode. Each of the first clamp and the second clamp includes an upper clamping blade and a lower clamping blade. The upper clamping blade and the lower clamping blade are connected to each other and can move relative to each other so that a specific portion of the limb of an object to be inspected is held between the upper clamping blade and the lower clamping blade to thereby allow the first and second clamps to be installed thereon. The first clamp and the second clamp are connected to each other to form one integrated device. The first electrode is attached to the inner surface of one of the first clamp and the second clamp and contacts the first skin surface of the specific part when the first clamp and the second clamp are mounted on a specific part of the limb. The second electrode is attached to the inner surface of one of the first clamp and the second clamp and contacts the second skin surface (located at a different location from the first skin surface) of a specific part when the first clamp and the second clamp are mounted on the specific part of the body.
