PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthesizer capable of making an internal temperature in a reaction vessel even in a step including heating or removing heat in production processes for a radioactive marker chemical compound.SOLUTION: A synthesizer is an apparatus for synthesizing a radioactive marker chemical compound RC inside a reaction vessel 10, and a reaction module 90 is used for the synthesizer. The reaction module 90 (synthesizer) includes a holding cap 20 for holding the reaction vessel 10, and a gas blow nozzle 30 heating or removing heat from the reaction vessel 10 by spraying air flow from a nozzle opening 32 to the surface of the reaction vessel 10.
