PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine speed changer for rice transplanters capable of contributing to an attitude control of planted seedlings.SOLUTION: The working machine speed changer for rice transplanters includes a speed changer for changing a gear for engine power, transmits the engine power to an input shaft (131) of the speed changer, and shifts gears to a non-constant speed or a constant speed in a plurality of gear levels. The speed changer includes a plurality of gears, a gear (28) that constantly rotates by rotation drive force of the input shaft (131) to transmit non-constant drive force, and gears (72) and (73) for transmitting constant drive force.
