A bunionectomy system for a bone (102), comprising: a saw template (202); a plurality of pins (304, 306, 308, 310) inserted into the bone (102) based on the saw template (202); a saw block (502) placed in a part of the plurality of pins (304, 306, 308, 310) to facilitate the cutting of the bone (102) in a first bone segment and a second bone segment; characterized in that the system further comprises a coupling plate (802) with a proximal section (810) that includes pin holes (812, 814) to engage with the plurality of pins (304, 306) in the first segment (504) of bone and a distal section (824) that includes extended pin holes (816, 818) relative to the other pin holes (812,814) for engagement with the plurality of pins (308, 310) in the second segment (506) of bone to join the first segment (504) of bone and the second segment (506) of bone at a correction angle; and a plurality of screws (902, 904, 906, 1002, 1202, 1204) for bone to fix the coupling plate (802) for the first bone segment (504) and the second bone segment (506), wherein the plurality of bone screws (902, 904, 906, 1002, 1202, 1204) includes a compression screw (1002) that is screwed into a corresponding guide hole (826) of the compression screw in the distal section (824) of the coupling plate (802), bone screws (902, 904, 906) that are screwed into a corresponding plurality of guide holes (804, 806, 808) in the proximal section (810) of the plate (802) coupling and bone screws (1202, 1204) that are screwed into a corresponding plurality of guide holes (820, 822) in the distal section of the coupling plate (802); wherein the tightening of the bone compression screw (1002) causes the second bone segment (506) to move in a proximal direction towards the first bone segment (504) and the plurality of pins (308, 310) in the second segment (506) of bone can be moved in a proximal direction within the holes (816, 818) of extended pin towards the first segment (504) of bone.Un sistema de bunionectomía para
