Disclosed is a composition comprising an imidazoquinoline compound and a retinoid agent for the treatment of a condition affecting the skin and/or mucosal surfaces of a subject (such as wart, molluscum contagiosum, keloid and skin cancer). A preferred combination is imiquimod and tazarotene.
