PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult for a person with hearing difficulty to receive an acoustic communication means like alarm sound and the person with hearing difficulty often carries risks in the social life.SOLUTION: Surrounding noise is collected at all times by a microphone, and when it varies by a fixed level or more from a time average value of the noise, an alarm is issued by an optical means or required information is displayed to a person with hearing difficulty.
