PURPOSE: A contact lens cleaning solution composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to confirm a state of the lens cleaned by including a fluorescein-based compound in the contact lens cleaning solution composition containing an abrasive. CONSTITUTION: A contact lens cleaning solution composition includes an abrasive and a fluorescein-based compound. The amount of the fluorescein-based compound is 0.1 ~ 5.0 weight% based on the total weight of the contact lens cleaning solution composition. The abrasive is selected from a group consisting of talcum, titanium dioxide, hard silicon dioxide, alumina, zirconium and their mixture.본 발명은 콘택트렌즈 세척시 우수한 세척력을 갖으며, 세척 정도를 확인할 수 있도록 하며 동시에 콘택트렌즈 세척액의 보관시 층분리가 일어나지 않는 콘택트렌즈 세척제 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 조성물에는 특히 플루오레세인계 화합물을 포함한다.
