This invention relates to a salted egg yolk screening machine, comprising a receiving tank, a classifying tank, and a plurality of collecting tanks, which uses a turning spoon to scoop the salted egg yolk from a receiving chamber of the receiving tank one by one to make the salted egg yolk enter the classifying tank, so that more than two sizes of salted egg yolks can be screened through each opening and outlet end of the classifying tank. Accordingly, this invention has no hygiene concerns because of the automatic operation of machine and can save working hour. Operators simply operate the machine so there is no problem of hand injury due to salt water soaking.一種鹹蛋黃篩選機,係包括一容置槽、一分類槽及複數收集槽,其係利用一撥勺從容置槽之容室逐一舀取鹹蛋黃,令鹹蛋黃進入分類槽,經由分類槽之各開口及出口端可以篩選二種以上尺寸之鹹蛋黃。藉之,機械自動操作衛生無虞,且可以節省工時,作業員單純操作機器,不會有手部浸漬鹽水而受傷的問題。
