The present invention relates to a manufacturing process of leek tea and a method thereof, which includes: (A) preparing fresh leeks and performing natural drying to form dehydrated leeks (B) panning the dehydrated leeks to form blanched leeks (C) rolling the blanched leeks to form rolled leeks and, (D) drying the rolled leeks to form the leek tea. With the aforementioned steps, the leek tea can be formed from fresh leeks through the tea manufacturing process, so as to achieve the practical progressivity of extending the preservation period of leeks and enhancing the agricultural value. The present invention relates to a manufacturing process of leek tea and a method thereof, which includes: (A) preparing fresh leeks and performing natural drying to form dehydrated leeks (B) panning the dehydrated leeks to form blanched leeks (C) rolling the blanched leeks to form rolled leeks and, (D) drying the rolled leeks to form the leek tea. With the aforementioned steps, the leek tea can be formed from fresh leeks through the tea manufacturing process, so as to achieve the practical progressivity of extending the preservation period of leeks and enhancing the agricultural value.本發明為有關於一種韭茶之製程及其方法,係包括:(A)取一新鮮韭菜進行自然乾燥形成一脫水韭菜;(B)將該脫水韭菜進行炒菁形成一殺菁韭菜;(C)將該殺菁韭菜進行揉捻形成一揉捻韭菜;以及(D)取該揉捻韭菜進行乾燥形成一韭茶,藉由上述之步驟,係可使新鮮韭菜經由製茶步驟形成韭茶,可達到延長韭菜之保存期限及提升農產價值之實用進步性。
