The invention relates to a photo-protective personal care composition that provides high sun protection factor (SPF). It has been found by way of the present invention that specific non-ionic surfactants interact synergistically with hollow microspheres in a cosmetic base comprising low amount of fatty acid to enhance the SPF of low organic sunscreen containing composition.La présente invention concerne une composition de soin personnel photoprotectrice qui présente un facteur de protection solaire (SPF) élevé.
