1. A method of obtaining a composition containing cells, which includes:! (a) contacting said cells with a solution comprising dextran and human serum albumin (HSA) to obtain a solution containing the cells； ! (b) filtering the solution containing the cells； ! (c) if said cell-containing solution comprises more than about 10 ± 3 × 106 cells per milliliter, diluting said cells to not more than about 10 ± 3 × 106 cells per milliliter with a first dilution solution comprising dextran； and! (d) optionally diluting the solution containing the cells with a second dilution solution containing dextran but not containing HSA to obtain a composition containing the cells. ! 2. The method according to claim 1, where these cells undergo cryopreservation after stage (c) before stage (d). ! 3. The method according to claim 1, wherein said dextran in said first dilution solution or said second dilution solution is dextran 40.! 4. The method according to claim 1, wherein said dextran in said first dilution solution and said second dilution solution is dextran 40.! 5. The method according to claim 1, where the specified dextran in the specified solution of the first dilution is 5.5% dextran 40.! 6. The method according to claim 1, where the specified HSA in the specified solution, including HSA, is 10% HSA. ! 7. The method according to claim 1, where the specified solution of the first dilution includes HSA. ! 8. The method according to claim 7, where the specified HSA in the specified solution of the first dilution is 10% HSA. ! 9.
