A stent-graft delivery system (1300) comprising: an elongated rod (1312); a spindle capture spindle (1324) disposed on the rod, close to a distal end (1316) of the spindle, wherein a proximal part of the spindle capture spindle includes a plurality of retaining elements (1326) configured to engage a Stent of a stent graft prosthesis (1330) and a distal part (1323) of the tip capture spindle includes a continuous helical groove (1325) on an outer surface thereof; a distal tip assembly (1328) coupled to the distal end (1316) of the stem, wherein a part of the distal tip assembly extends proximally on the outer surface of the distal end of the tip capture spindle (1324); a sleeve (1360) having a proximal end (1369) that extends over the retaining elements (1326) of the tip capture spindle (1324) and a distal end (1368) that extends over the proximally extending part ( 1370) of the distal tip assembly (1328), wherein an inner surface of the sleeve (1360) includes a continuous helical groove (1329) that aligns with the continuous helical groove (1325) on the outer surface of the spindle (1324) of tip capture to create a continuous helical aisle; a spherical ball (1372) extending through an opening (1374) formed within the proximally extending part (1370) of the distal tip assembly (1328), wherein a first half of the ball is housed within the helical groove (1329) of the sleeve (1360) and a second half of the ball is housed within the helical groove (1325) of the spindle capture spindle (1324); wherein the rotation of the elongated rod (1312) rotates the distal tip assembly (1328), thereby rotating the ball (1372) inside the continuous helical aisle and resulting in longitudinal movement of the tip capture spindle (1324) and the sleeve (1360).Un sistema de entrega (1300) de estent-injerto que comprende: un vástago alargado (1312); un husillo (1324) de captura de punta dispuesto sobre el vástago, próximo a un extremo distal (1316) del vástago, en donde una parte proximal d
