PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral composition capable of exerting an excellent improvement effect such as sexual capability more rapidly and more effectively.SOLUTION: There is provided an oral composition which comprises: an arginine-containing composition comprising arginine, sodium aspartate and citrulline, proanthocyanidin and a proanthocyanidin-containing composition comprising zinc. The arginine-containing composition is preferably used as a granule and the proanthocyanidin-containing composition is preferably used as a hard capsule.
