The present invention relates to a portable lighting apparatus having skin diagnosis and treatment functions, which can emit beams with different wavelength ranges for performing skin diagnosis and treatment from a single apparatus, can perform the skin diagnosis and treatment and can be always carried and conveniently used by a user to enhance user convenience. The present invention provides the lighting apparatus, in which a light source part and a power supply part are installed within a case body and the light source is able to emit lights for diagnosing or treating a skin state.
