The present invention relates to the use of adapalene or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts for the manufacture of a pharmaceutical composition in order to reduce the number of acneic lesions by daily topical application in combination or association with benzoyl peroxide ( BPO). The recommended treatment may take the form of a pharmaceutical composition combining adapalene and BPO or the concomitant application of two pharmaceutical compositions, one of which comprises adapalene and the other, HPO.USOS DE ADAPALENO OU DE UM DE SEUS SAIS FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEITáVEIS, KIT E PRODUTO. A presente invenção trata do uso de adapaleno ou de um de seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis para a fabricação de uma composição farmacêutica a fim de reduzir o número de lesões acnéicas, por meio de uma aplicação tópica diária, em combinação ou associação com peróxido de benzoila (BPO). O tratamento recomendado pode assumir a forma de uma composição farmacêutica que combina adapaleno e BPO ou a aplicação concomitante de duas composições farmacêuticas, uma das quais compreende o adapaleno e a outra, HPO.
