PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic measuring device capable of acquiring information on cornea rear face of the eyes to be examined in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic measuring device 1 includes: a kerato projection optical system 10 for projecting a pattern index to a cornea Ec of eyes E to be examined； and an imaging optical system 20 for allowing an image pickup device 27 to capture a second Purkinje image which is an index image formed by the pattern index reflecting on a cornea rear face of the eyes Ec to be examined.
