PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fine particles for preparation, capable of masking unpleasant feeling in the oral cavity such as bitterness and numbness feeling when taking a medicament through the oral cavity, and capable of rapidly releasing an active ingredient in the stomach, and to provide the medicament containing the fine particles for the preparation.SOLUTION: The fine particle for the preparation, in one aspect, comprises a core particle containing an acid-addition salt of a basic medicament, and a pharmaceutically acceptable inorganic or organic basic compound, and a water-permeable film formed on the outside of the core particle and containing a water-insoluble polymer, and, when being taken, rapidly releases the medicament in the stomach or in the upper part of the small intestine by the break of the film while suppressing the diffusion and elusion of the basic medicament in the oral cavity.
