Wash the red beans and Meconopsis integrifolia (Maxim.) French. and soak the red beans. And then the soaked red beans and clean Meconopsis integrifolia (Maxim.) French. are successively steamed and dried first to obtain the pre-treatment material. S3. Fully mix the pretreatment material with brown sugar, followed by secondary drying, grinding and packaging, to obtain the health tea. With scientific formula and stable quality, the health tea of the invention can induce diuresis for removing edema, strengthen spleen and stomach to help boost immunity.
