The present invention relates to a nasal irrigator of a syringe form, which performs the washing by injecting a washing solution into a nasal cavity, and reversely moving the washing solution discharged after washing the nasal cavity. According to the nasal irrigator of the present invention, a cylindrical body of a syringe form is provided, and a sucking and discharging port is formed on a bottom, and a plunger reciprocates in the body to push or pull a washing solution. Also, an open inlet of the body is closed by a screw cap, and the screw cap is fitted into a handle for moving the plunger of the body by passing therethrough. In addition, the sucking and discharging port is formed in the screw cap, and a connection pipe is fitted into the sucking and discharging port.
