PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terrine pressurized production method which reduces a load of pressurized production work of a worker, increases work efficiency and utilization efficiency of a working and storing space, prevents contamination by foreign materials and pollution due to breakage of a pressurizing insertion member or the like during the pressurized production, and easily carries out hygiene control by washing and sterilizing devices and members to be used.SOLUTION: A terrine pressurized production device comprises respective components of a receiving pan 1, a pressing plate 2, an auxiliary plate 3, a supporting bolt 4, a fastening nut 5, and a washer 6. A terrine mold in which cooking ingredients are put is placed on the receiving pan 1, and the pressing plate 2 and the auxiliary plate 3 are combined and placed on the terrine mold.
