Apparatus contains source of focused laser irradiation, sticking ring, made with possibility of application with its sealing surface onto the surface of corneal tissue, device for creation of lower pressure in cavity, limited by the surface of corneal tissue and sticking ring, flattening plate, made with possibility of pressing to the surface of cornea tissue in order to give it required profile, and non-transparent for laser irradiation body.
