PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film dispersion liquid which can be readily and completely pasted to the skin or the like, can prevent evaporation of a liquid drug on the skin on which a thin film of an active ingredient is pasted, is easy to closely pasted, is safe, has no discomfort, is excellent in feeling of use, and can provide an external preparation for skin.SOLUTION: The invention provides a film dispersion liquid obtained by dispersing thin film strips into a dispersion medium which does not dissolve the thin film strips, wherein the thin film strips consist of a rectangular body in which one side length is in a range of 0.01-1 mm and a thickness thereof is 100-500 nm, as well as cosmetics, quasi drugs and medical external preparations for skin, organ adhesion-preventing agents, and cancer therapeutic agents using the film dispersion liquid.
