A disposable and collapsible bag packaging and connector system. The system includes a disposable and collapsible bag (1) having a chamber (2) that is filled or to be filled with a flowable product. The bag has a first connector (10) for dispensing the product from the bag, the first connector being permanently secured to the bag. The system includes a second connector (40) having an internal channel (41) for passage of the product, which second connector is releasably connectable to the first connector. The first and second connectors form a bayonet connection. The first connector comprises a rotary valve member (20) that upon rotation over an angle of the inserted connector relative to the other connector opens and closes the bag.Linvention concerne, dune part un emballage à poche souple jetable, et dautre part un système de raccords. Le premier et le second raccord définissent entre eux un raccordement en baïonnette. Le premier raccord comporte un élément de vanne rotatif (20) qui ouvre et ferme la poche par déplacement angulaire du raccord mâle par rapport au raccord femelle.
