PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental floss holder designed to especially reduce a production cost by simplicity when replenishing a floss thread and simplification of the structure.SOLUTION: A dental floss holder includes a single component capable of being integrally molded. A shaft core on which a rolled floss thread is to be wound, of a replacement/replenishment unit has a shape which a lock mechanism from the outside can be engaged with or fitted to. Replenishment is performed by inserting a floss thread roll shaft into a receiving shaft of a body and fitting thereto. At the time of use, the floss thread is pulled out from a start end part and retained in a shape suitable for cleaning between the teeth, and in order to retain tensile force required at that time, on the roll side of the use part of the floss thread, the gear shaped part of the core of the roll shaft is fastened by the lock mechanism, and the tip of the floss thread is fastened by the latter or both of thread winding and sandwiching mechanisms. After the use, only the consumed part of the floss thread is cut off and disposed to save waste due to throwaway.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明はデンタルフロスホルダーの、特にフロス糸の補充の際の簡便性、および構造の簡易化による生産コストの削減を図る設計に関するものである。【解決手段】本発明のデンタルフロスホルダーは一体成型が可能な単一部品により構成される。交換補充用ユニットのロール状フロス糸が巻回される軸芯は外部からのロック機構が係合か嵌合可能な形状を有する。補充はフロス糸ロール軸を本体の受け軸に差し込んで嵌めることにより行われる。使用の際にはフロス糸は始端部から繰り出されて歯間清掃に適した形状に保持され、且つその際に必要な張力を保つためにフロス糸の使用部分のロール側はロール軸の芯の歯車状等の部分がロック機構により固定され、フロス糸の先端部は糸を巻き付けるか挟みこむ機構の後者かもしくはその両方により固定される。使用後はフロス糸の消耗した部分のみが切り離されて処分され、使い捨てによる無駄も省かれる。【選択図】図3
