PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology improving attachability to a skull and strength of an artificial skull valve.SOLUTION: The artificial skull valve 10 is used for covering a fracture part 21 of the skull 20. A plurality of through-holes 11 to insert a holding member 30 to hold the artificial skull valve 10 within the fracture part 21 are arranged along a peripheral end of the artificial skull valve 10. A groove part 12 to extend toward the peripheral end from each of the plurality of the through-holes 11 and to guide the holding member 30 is provided on a first surface S1 to be outside when covering the fracture part 21 is also provided on the artificial skull valve 10.
