PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition for UV protection is provided to enhance SPF(sun protection factor) and dispersion stability and to be applied to various cosmetic product regardless of a formulation.CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing phospholipid pre-dispersion composition comprises a step of mixing an UV protecting agent, phospholipid, fatty acid containing C14-22 alkyl group, and fatty alcohol of C12-22 to prepare a mixture and a step of passing the mixture through an in-line mixer.
