Die Erfindung betrifft Dispersionen enthaltend Wasser, lipophile Phase und Emulgator, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Emulgator in einer Menge von kleiner gleich 3 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Dispersion enthalten ist und dass der Emulgator mindestens ein Acylglutamat enthält.
