PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray Talbot imaging apparatus comprising a holding unit capable of appropriately adjusting the angle of a knee joint part with respect to the direction of radiation projection.SOLUTION: An X-ray Talbot imaging apparatus 1 comprises: a subject platform 13 for holding a subject H a radiation generator 11 for projecting radiation onto the subject H and a holding unit 20 for holding a knee joint part of the subject H on the subject platform 13.
