PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist spraying method to a plant body in which an uneven spraying amount of mist can be suppressed even for a plant body whose leaves are overlapped with each other in a vertical direction.SOLUTION: A mist spraying method includes the steps of: atomizing mist to be sprayed onto a plant body 10 and inclining an above-ground part 11 of the plant body 10 at least in the timing of atomizing mist. In the case where there are a plurality of the plant bodies 10, above-ground parts 11 of two plant bodies 10 are inclined in directions where top parts of the plant bodies 10 separate from each other in a direction connecting between the two plant bodies 10 in the step of inclining the above-ground part 11 of the plant body 10.
