PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas dissolving apparatus which can be made compact as a whole to save occupancy space and in which a dissolving tank is stably installed.SOLUTION: The gas dissolving apparatus includes a fixing device 33 provided with a dissolving tank fixing part 38 for fixing the dissolving tank 2 provided in a gas dissolving part 32 and a pump fixing part 39 for fixing a pump 21, for which the pump fixing part is disposed below the dissolving tank fixing part.
