A head-mounted support device (10) for carrying at least one un-inflated inflatable or expandable inner portion (14) of an in-ear device (16) thereon includes a main body (30) adjustably mountable on a user's head (H), with at least one settable compound delivery device (12) mounted thereon, and at least one receptacle (32) to receive an inflatable in-ear device inner portion (14).
