The present invention relates to a skin care apparatus using laser and plasma. According to the present invention, the skin care apparatus comprises: an RF generation unit configured to generate RF power； a laser generation unit configured to generate laser； a discharge gas supply unit configured to supply gas to generate atmospheric pressure plasma； a control unit configured to control operations of the RF generation unit and the laser generation unit； and a handpiece including a plasma electrode connected to the RF generation unit, a gas passage connected to the discharge gas supply unit, and a laser radiation unit configured to focus the laser supplied from the laser generation unit and radiate the laser to the skin. According to the present invention, plasma is supplied to the skin to be treated after laser is radiated to the skin, thereby quickly and instantly stabilizing the skin damaged by the laser, and accelerating regeneration of skin tissues. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce side effects of laser treatment and significantly increase treatment effects.
