The present invention relates to an elastic belt for separation and peeling of agricultural products, and, more specifically, to an elastic belt for separation and peeling of agricultural products, which comprises a pair of a first and a second belt installed in parallel to become narrower to the rear within a housing； a driver for providing rotary power to the first and second belts； and a belt interval regulator installed in the rear end of the second belt and controlling the separation interval to the rear end of the first belt so that various sizes of agricultural products input between the first belt and the front end of the second belt are separated and discharge to the between the rear end without damage.
