Composition for dyeing of keratinous fibers comprises an oxidation base comprising 2,3-diamino-6,7-dihydro-1H,5H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrazol-1-one (I) and its salts, a coupler, a surfactant comprising oxyalkylenated or glycerolated fatty alcohols, anionic surfactants comprising sulfate or sulfonate and amphoteric surfactants comprising betaine and an oxidizing agent in a medium. The pH of the composition is 5.5-7.5. Composition for dyeing of keratinous fibers comprises an oxidation base comprising 2,3-diamino-6,7-dihydro-1H,5H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrazol-1-one of formula (I) and its salts, a coupler, a surfactant comprising oxyalkylenated or glycerolated fatty alcohols, anionic surfactants comprising sulfate or sulfonate and amphoteric surfactants comprising betaine and an oxidizing agent in a medium, provided that when the composition comprises oxyalkylenated or glycerolated fatty alcohols, it is free from 3-amino 2-methylamino-6-methoxy pyridine, cationic polyurethane with fatty chain obtained from the condensation of quaternized 1,3-bis-(isocyanatomethylcyclohexane)-N,N-dimethylethanolamine with bromodecane N,N-dimethylethanolamine and polyoxyethylene, polycondensate of polyethylene glycol with 150-180 moles ethylene oxide, decylic alcohol and methylene-bis (4-cyclohexylisocyanate), mixture of polyglycerolated cetearylic alcohol with 2 moles of glycerol and polyglycerolated cetearylic alcohol with 6 moles of glycerol and hexyleneglycol. The pH of the composition is 5.5-7.5. Independent claims are included for: (1) dyeing of keratinous fibers comprising application of the dyeing composition on the keratinous fibers and rinsing, optionally washing with shampoo, rinsing again and drying; and (2) a device with compartments comprising a first compartment containing a composition (A1) comprising an oxidation base comprising (I), a coupler and a surfactant in a medium and a composition (A2) comprising an oxidizing agent in a medium.
