PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system that can alternatively connect a different connector to a conduit line of an endoscope according to an intended use, and hold sufficient air-tightness and liquid-tightness.SOLUTION: An adapter 60 for washing is connected to a mouthpiece 42 of an electronic endoscope from which a connector is removed. The adapter 60 for washing includes a connector body 61 and a connection pipe 62. The connection pipe 62 includes a male tapered part 63. The connector body 61 has a female screw part 66 and a guide surface 67. The mouthpiece 42 has a flange part 42a, and a male screw part 42b. The guide surface 67 contacts the flange part 42a and guides the mouthpiece 42. Thereby, an axial core of the male tapered surface 63a and an axial core of a female tapered surface 43a are aligned.
